No returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Orders to be cancelled must go through the contact us form. On our website you must cancel your order within 24 hours or the order will be shipped. You the customer must cancel the order through the contact us form located on the “contact us” page.

All items purchased from EarthE are made pursuant a shipping contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to carrier.
Most orders that are placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, contingent upon the order being in stock and delivery service is available. Due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays, orders placed on Friday many not ship until the following Monday. Consider any arrival time to be only an estimate as we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time. To avoid any delays we encourage you to order with us in a timely fashion.
